Principal's Message
Welcome to Christa McAuliffe School, a Pre-K through eighth- grade elementary school that provides its students with a diversified and challenging curriculum. My goal as principal and my belief is to maximize each student’s potential and give them the opportunity to showcase his/her talents in many ways. Our school’s “collaborative” approach to teaching gives teachers opportunities to coordinate efforts as a team to help our students be successful. Teachers in our school provide rich academic experiences that are challenging and help our students build the 21st- century skills needed to further their education and skills that will be utilized in the workplace as well. Our motto is “ What are we doing here? We are reaching for the STARS!”
In addition to academics, our school offers many extracurricular activities, such as after school clubs and interscholastic sports, a robust choir and rock band, a robotics team, and an award-winning nationally recognized STEM program. The goal is to help our students become inspired learners, motivated thinkers, and creative problem solvers ready to thrive in the 21st century.
I am proud of the staff and students and their accomplishments as we strive to provide a caring, safe and exceptional learning community. We are committed to excellence and providing a challenging learning environment and our hope is for them to become lifelong learners and productive members of society.
