Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year at PS 28! Tomorrow, September 4, is the first day of school for students. School begins promptly at 8:30am and dismissal is at 2:45pm.
Morning STARS and CASPER programs begin tomorrow.
Below is some helpful information regarding student arrival and dismissal.
Students will line up in the following areas for arrival:
Pre-K-Rooms 401, 402, 403 (Pre-K 3), and 404 will line up outside in front of the modulars on Cambridge Avenue. Rooms 111(Pre-K 3) and 112 will line up on the corner of Cambridge Avenue and South Street.
Kindergarten-South Street
1st and 4th grades-Hancock Avenue in the front of the school
2nd and 3rd grades-Cambridge Avenue in the back of the school
5th-8th grades-Courtyard
All classes will be dismissed at their arrival areas except for the following:
5th grade- South Street and Cambridge Avenue
Room 208 (6th grade)-South Street and Hancock Avenue
